1. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup and for keeping your login credentials safe. You must be authorised to conduct business under the account name you register.
2. Acceptable use
Don’t use SMSuitePro to break the law, spam customers, or attempt to circumvent multi-tenant isolation. Abuse leads to suspension.
3. Billing
Subscription fees are billed per the plan and cycle you pick (monthly or yearly). Fees are due upfront and non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.
We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice; existing tenants keep the old price until their next renewal.
4. Uptime
We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after termination.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
